RETURNS

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@wavesstudios.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Upon authorization, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

REFUNDS

  1. Refund Processing

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
    • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

EXCHANGE

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@wavesstudios.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
